Terms and Conditions

Orders
The minimum order quantity is 12 x 75cl bottles. This can be mixed between the wines that we stock.

Availability
All wines offered are subject to availability. We will notify you at time of order if any wines are temporarily sold out.

Title
All goods become the property of the customer at time of delivery/collection following payment.

Age
All purchasers of alcohol must be over 18 years old. Anyone purchasing from Step Up Wines Limited does so on the basis that they are over 18 years of age and Step Up Wines Limited will take the order as confirmation that this is the case.

Delivery and Collection
Clients are welcome to collect orders following prior notification and arrangement with Step Up Wines Limited.

Our delivery charges are;
For Mainland UK
One Case of 12 bottles: £9.99
Two or more cases: FREE

For Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man
Price on Application

Deliveries will be made within 3-5 days from order. If you are not available to receive the delivery, a card will be left with contact details for you to arrange a more convenient time. Alternatively, if you can provide us with an alternative person (ie a neighbour) we will be happy to leave the wine with them.

Damage Claims
When goods are received, they must be signed for. The person signing must be over 18 years of age.

In the event of breakages in transit these must be notified in writing to the person delivering at time of delivery. Notification of any damage/breakages cannot be accepted after point of delivery.

Returns
If any bottles are damaged during delivery we will happily replace them free of charge or provide a refund. We need to be notified of this within 3 days of delivery.

If a wine turns out to be faulty, we will replace free of charge.

In the event of you changing your mind and wishing to cancel your order you may do so within 7 days of receipt of the wine. We will refund the cost of the wine, but not the cost of delivery and collection for return.

Force Majeure
Step Up Wines Limited will not be liable for a failure to meet agreed obligations due to prevailing circumstance beyond our control.

Unless otherwise stated, we allow you to print and download material for personal use. Any commercial, reproduction of replication of material without written permission from Step Up Wines is prohibited.

Privacy
Your rights to privacy of information are respected by Step Up Wines Limited. We do not forward any personal details to third parties. All Client records are stored securely.
