From low yielding bush vines, the best bunches are selected and with 18 months maturation in 1st and 2nd fill barrels, the resultant wine is a rich and powerful example of Cabernet. Deep ruby colour, with great blackcurrant aromas set this wine up for a robust flavour. Powerful tannins with balanced acidity, black fruit flavours, with early vegetal stages from some cellar age mean that this wine gives beautiful structure. A lovely mouth warming finish makes this wine an absolute delight. Enjoy now and for at least 5 years.
