We all have different tastes and will enjoy different styles of wine. The beauty of the mixed cases is that they provide a diversity of styles allowing you to enjoy a range of wines.

Additionally they provide the excellent opportunity for those who are still discovering their likes and dislikes to focus in on exactly the varieties they would like to buy more of and those that are not for them.
